"Not to hurt our brethren (the animals) is our first duty to them, but to stop there is not enough. We have a higher mission to be of service to them whenever they require it."

"There are few periods of time in my life when I haven't had a dog companion by my side. In recent years I have been graced with the companionship of a Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever and a Border Collie."

Hi, I'm Alice Reynolds, CPMP

Over 20 Years of Experience

I have been a human massage therapist for over 20 years. While massaging humans, I always felt a strong desire to also massage dogs. I was introduced to PetMassage in 2010. In 2015 when my "Toller" was diagnosed with Mast Cell Cancer, I decided to return to the PetMassage Training and Research Institute to fulfill my dream of becoming a certified PetMassage practitioner. My Border Collie has recently started having seizures. My training as a canine massage practitioner helps me to assist her while she is experiencing her tremors and the after effects of her episodes.

There's No Place like Home

I am a traveling Massage Therapist; I offer massage at your home to reduce both you and your dog's stresses. I also offer massage sessions at agility trials, a Kennel Club, boarding kennels, events and dog shows.

PetMassage certification includes a curriculum of "hands on" training as well as anatomy,

physiology, gait analysis, body mechanics, confident dog handling and massage techniques.

Combining my certifications below with my knowledge and use of energy work, AnimalEO essential oils formulated especially for animals and Glacier Peak Holistics products in my practice, gives my clients the best combination of bodywork and products to maintain a quality of life while focusing on prevention and wellness.

A well balanced, healthy dog is a happy dog!

An occasional response when I share my PetMasasage profession with potential clients - "I massage my dog every day."

.......

day to day petting does not count as massage.

PetMassage is a deliberate and focused skill set for touching your dog.

It provides benefits to dogs that are so much more profound than they can get from affectionate petting, exercise or play. It is application of the mind, body spirit relatedness and often is used as a compliment to animal health care in veterinary hospitals.
